Before joining the EEA, Paul held senior market development roles at Digital Asset and IBM, focusing on smart contract programming languages and Hyperledger Fabric, respectively. He has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry in a wide variety of disciplines, including blockchain, digital ledger technologies, and smart contract technologies. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from the University of Connecticut and his Master of Science in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
