Qiong Zhang received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas, Richardson, TX, USA, in 2000 and 2005, respectively. She was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Mathematical Sciences and Applied Computing, Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ, USA. She joined the Fujitsu Laboratories of America, Richardson, TX, USA, in 2008. She was a recipient of the Best Paper Award of IEEE GLOBECOM 2005, ONDM 2010, IEEE ICC 2011, and IEEE NetSoft 2016 for her co-authored papers. She has served as technical program co-chair for IEEE NFV-SDN Conference as well as on technical program committee of Optical Fiber Communications Conference. She has experience developing software using open source software such as Hyperledger Fabric, TensorFlow, Keras etc.
