Brent Zundel is an experienced open-source leader, developer, and cryptographic engineer, with a focus on digital identity and verifiable credentials. In addition to being an Aries and Ursa maintainer, Brent also is the co-chair of two W3C standards working groups: the decentralized identity 1.0 specification WG and the verifiable credential maintenance WG. Prior to his work at Evernym, Brent was a prolific software developer. He has a master's degree in computer science from CSU Fresno. Brent also won the award for best rump session presentation at real-world crypto 2019 for his discussion of his blockchain usage.
